The proprietary Pulsed Proportional Stimulus System sets the Humane Contain brand apart from all other electronic dog fences. This ingenious technique delivers shock stimulus in quick, bursts which come faster as your dog moves closer to the boundary until your dog decides for himself how much stimulus it takes to retreat. Progressive, audible tones reinforce static stimulus resulting in an even quicker, easier training process. New, ultra-slim, fully waterproof radio collar features built-in battery and static tester and an attractive, yet ultra-tough poly-elastomer strap. RC-8 collars also work with our optional Radio Mat electronic scat pad. The state-of-the-art, waterproof transmitter is suitable for outdoor mounting and features audible and visual wire break alarms. A user-friendly, illuminated status panel continuously monitors the condition of your wire loop, battery charge, power mode and overall system status. The transmitter also accepts an optional, rechargeable back-up battery (model B12V-0.8) that keeps your system operating in the event of a power outage.
