Please read the Operating Guide& the Training Guide and charging the collar before use. The product takes 3-5 minutes to search for GPS signals after the product is turned on
. The GPS icon and == icon are flashing is an indication that the signal is being searched. When the signal is found, and it is 3 bars or higher, you can move to the next step. Recommended best use with 5 bars GPS signal. Outdoor Use Only:
Suitable for outdoor open areas such as your yard, farm, beach, or camping, not for very small yards or indoor spaces. Center point positioning: The center point can only be positioned when the signal strength over 3 bars.
If there is no positioning symbol, it means that the center point positioning is failed. Automatic memory function: To ensure optimal accuracy, it is recommended to reset the center point and safety radius distance every 5 days.
A collar worn for too long or made too tight on the pet’s neck may cause skin damage ranging from redness to pressure ulcers; this condition is commonly known as bed sores.
Avoid leaving the collar on your pet for more than 12 hours per day.
When possible reposition the collar on the pet’s neck every 1 to 2 hours. Check the fit to prevent excessive pressure; follow the instructions in this Operating Guide.
Never connect a lead to the electronic collar; it will cause excessive pressure on the contacts.
When using a separate collar strap for a lead, don’t put pressure on the electronic collar.
